Billboad Design 101!

This chapter basically broke down usuabiliy in the simpliest way. Along with providing users the tools they already expect to use. Basically do not reinvent the will. Encouraging users not to get to0 creative with designing a webface. For example the scroll bar. Placing the scroll bar in your web design that the user doesnt have to take the time to think of how to use it or where it maybe located. Sticking to something that is universal allows users to simply find what they need.
